Usage

Take 10-20 drops first thing in the morning with or without tablets, or whenever one thinks will be useful.
A further 10-20 drops can also be taken in the afternoon with a snack to keep the "creativity wave and continuum of mind" flowing.
The same for sports and mental activity. It will last for about 6 to 8 hours and it is not an overwhelming experience.
It is more a presence of enhancement. Diluting 10ml in 50ml of warm water is a good dose for a walk and for a stronger experience or for a dancing meditation you can take 15 to 20ml diluted in water.
