Usage

Take 1-2 droppers (1-2ml) first thing in the morning with or without tablets, or whenever one thinks will be useful. 1 dropper more can also be taken in the afternoon with a snack as to keep the creativity wave and continuum of mind flowing. The same for sports and mental activity. It will last about 8 to 10 hours.

Diluting 5-7 ml in 50 ml of warm water is a good dose for a walk and for a stronger experience or for a dancing meditation you can take 10 ml diluted in water. This will last for at least 12 hours.

The most interesting is that the body learns how to produce the hordenine within and then one starts to use less for the same effect.
